What if, instead of fighting to fit inside the box, you allowed yourself to step out?

Color Outside Coaching was founded by sisters Niki and Erin to help people do just that. After navigating the challenges of advocating for her son who has dyslexia, dysgraphia, and ADHD, Niki saw a clear gap in available services and knew she could help. Erin, who has challenged the borders of every box she’s been put in, brings a background in business and legal advocacy. Together with Niki’s experience as a licensed social worker and career coach, they set out to create an empowering, practical, and impactful coaching service.

The first year of college was much more challenging than any of us expected. Niki helped our son understand his mental capacity, set realistic and attainable goals, figure out which accommodations worked for him, how to use different tools to be successful in the classroom, and to understand and mange his anxiety. Self advocacy and adulting are hard; Niki provided the support to make them easier.
