Put simply, neurodivergent refers to someone whose brain does not process or work in the “typical” fashion. Types of neurodiversity include Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and learning disabilities such as Dyslexia or non-verbal learning disorder (NVLD).

While we are unable to offer diagnostic services, we are more than happy to refer you to a neuropsychologist who can!

I have great news for you! There is absolutely no reason why the same strategies and support we offer to neurodivergent clients can’t work for you as well! Resources and tools are there for everyone. We are happy to work with you.

Coaching is generally short term and goal oriented whereas therapy is long term and focused on healing. In your coaching sessions, we will identify what problems are holding you back or making you feel stuck. We'll problem solve and strategize ways to overcome those obstacles, and I will provide support to you as you move forward with the plan!

Our assessment process is designed to identify any needs you might have with regard to executive functioning, narrow down your interests in terms of fields of study or career areas, and identify your areas of strength!

Coaching is helpful for all kinds of things! Here are just a few:
Managing big transitions (i.e., starting college, starting a new job, etc.)
Feeling "stuck" in your life and/or choices
Improving communication with friends, family, or coworkers
Problem solving how to reach life or career goals
Self-confidence problems
Accountability tools
Problem solving accessing disability resources in work or educational settings
Career indecision/Career change support

At this time, yes. This allows us to work with clients around the country! Sessions can be done via zoom or over the phone (though zoom generally works best as it's always better to see one another!).

No, unfortunately we are not able to accept insurance for coaching services. However, we are committed to working in partnership with our clients, and are happy to assist with a payment plan if needed.

While we would love to serve absolutely everyone, we do know our limits! We are unable to offer diagnostic services. We are unable to write IEPs or 504 plans (but are happy to refer you to someone who can!). We are unable to provide specific instruction for educational needs (i.e., reading/writing remediation).
